It has been years since I have been on here because my lathe died. I made a segmented pen years ago with the help of a tutorial from IAP. Is there a place to find it? I remember I had to cut the blanks in 1/4s then glued different 1/4s together to make one blank. I cut 1/2" sections of the new blank at an angle creating wedges that were glued back together after turning the sections 90 degrees. It wasn't the pen that is segmented in a spiraling pattern all the way down. I hope this is making sense. Please help!

Barry Gross has an excellent how to on making a segmented pen in his "The Pen Turner's Workbook". It is very detailed with pictures of each step and very easy to follow.
