My first segmentation

Well, it's been so long since I glued this up I've forgotten the woods I used.:redface:

I know the lighter wood is birds eye maple and the aluminum is flashing from Home Depot (thanks to all those that suggested that).

I used the hardware originally meant for this on a custom order I received, so I'm waiting for the mailman to deliver the new kit this week. I just wanted to post my results so that's why it's a bit naked at the moment.

This is a direct copy of the "Swirling Segments" tutorial in the library, under "Pen Blanks". Only the names have been changed to protect the less talented.

Anyhow, here it is.
