how to cut?

hi just made my first seg. pen. happy with, i will post a pic soon as i can. no too tech savy.
my question is, after gluing up a sandwich , i used maple with copper(thin) on the out sides, how do you cut it to size? every method i tried i ending up pulling one of the copper sheets away from the wooden core, i used epoxy, fully cured. it was several days before i tried to cut after gluing.
any help greatly appreciated

maybe you can "cut close to size" before sandwiching it all together? If you can, stack and glue "on the tube". Good luck...............Jan

Copper needs a special glue,

Try TC-20 Premium Copper Glue.
