This has been on my "To Do" list for a few months.

I've never turned a Panache kit before, but it may grow on me... not sure.

I was inspired from this pen by Branden Wong: http://www.penturners.org/forum/f179/pinstripe-panache-108904/

Similar pens, but totally different methods of construction. Branden's has 12 veneers inlays, I have 9 slots with a 3-ply inlay (27 veneers).

Next I will use one of my 12 slot blanks, and I believe the slots will meet at the centerband and the Maple sections will come to a point.

Comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Beautiful pen, Mark. I really like the laminated inlays that you inserted in the slots. If I ever grow up (doubtful), I aspire to be like you.
