1 - Tool rest post, 5/8 diameter, 3" long.
3 - Round Tool rest bars, (3.5", 6" & 8") all 3/4" diameter.
These were made by John Gooden and are slightly different then the ones made by Rick Herrell. John's rests have the female threads recessed into the bar so that no collar is required.
