Due to a severe injury, I will never be able to turn again. In addition to that wonderful news, my position was eliminated in a major downsizing 2 years ago and I'm still looking for a position.
This is a Sorby Turnmaster with 6 carbide cutter inserts (2 of each shape). There is a small amount of surface rust on the cutter head that a little 600 grit sandpaper will eliminate easily. The cutters are:

Square (for roughing) - 1 has been used a few times
Round (for finishing - 1 has been used a few times
Detail Point (for line detailing) - 1 has been used a few times
