These molds are made to kit length and have stoppers built in to hold
the resin out of the tubes. Having the stoppers built in means there is no
need to build anything to hold the tubes up off of the mold floor and
no need to hold them down so they don't float
Simply load the tubes in the mold and pour. Good for labels, decals, skins
or just casting a clear coating over your blanks. Also good for repairs, since
you can re-load a broken blank and cast again. Or cut your design into the
blank and cast again in a contrasting color. Instant inlay. Not meant for
high pressure casting, pressure should be limited to 20-25psi. If you
need higher pressure, chances are you'd need a different type of mold.
These are not appropriate for worthless wood.

Blanks pop out cleanly from the non stick silicone. Cut them apart and
square up the ends.. they're ready for the lathe. Molds are made from
Smooth-On MoldMax 30, which uses the Libra catalyst for longer library
life. Mold release is still recommended, though. You can make your own
from mineral spirits and Vaseline. Put it in a jar and shake it up till it
won't hold any more, then brush it into the mold and allow to dry before
pouring. 10 to 1 (mineral spirits to Vaseline) works well.

Molds are $55 and make anywhere from 4 up to 8 pens at a time. Most
will fit in a small flat rate box for $5.25 to the US. For more than
3 molds (up to 10 ) they can fit in the medium box for $10.95 to US.
For international rates, check here..

The molds will be shipping from 03743.

Here's the current crop of molds.

SWEB, which also does the Wall St II, Elegant Beauty (Berea) Gatsby,
Sierra, Diplomat, Virage, Princeton, Phoenix, Monet and others that use
the same tube. Makes up to 8 pens at one time.

JRGSR does the Jr Gent II, Jr Statesman, Jr Retro, Jr Majestic,
Jr Victor, Triton, Jr Marshall, Vail, Venus and Jr Emperor
(and maybe others) makes up to 4 pens at one time.

CIGAR does the cigar pens and pencils, also has other names like
Big Samoan, Magnum, Big Ben etc. makes up to 4 pens at one time.

CART mold is used for the Bullet Casing Cartridge pen kits. makes
up to 8 pens at one time. This is the 10mm kits from Rockler and
Woodcraft. (not real shells)

AERO does the Aero, Elegant Beauty (Dayacom) and Australiana
Makes up to 8 pens at one time.

BNST does the Baron, Sedona, Navigator, Tycoon, Jr Gent (I)
Rinehart, Orion and any other pens that take those tubes. Makes
up to 4 pens at one time.

MAJSQ does the Majestic Squire, Diva, Streamline Euro Screw Cap,
8mm Euro Screw Cap, Rount Top Euro Screw Cap (streamlines and
euros include both rollerballs and fountain pens) Americans and Flat Top
Screw Caps, Classic American Snap Cap and Broadwell Art Deco ballpoint
Makes up to 8 pens at one time.

GENT does the full Gent, Statesman, Emperor and Majestic pens.
Makes up to 4 pens at one time.

CH-ELG handles the El Grande, Cambridge, Roman Harvest,
Canadiana and Churchill kits.
This mold is a little bit different in that instead of a barrel and a cap in one
piece, this one casts two caps in one piece and two barrels in one piece.
Still makes 4 pens.
Tubes should definitely be painted, as the cap for these pens are very
thin on material. But if you've made the pens, you already know this.

CLICK - This mold does everything the SWEB does, but also handles the
Sierra Click pen kits. It is longer than the SWEB, that is the only difference.
If you're thinking you can buy this mold instead of buying two molds,
you're smart. That's what I would do, too. Makes up to 8 pens.
This mold is too long for the Sierra Elegant Beauty Click kit. For that
pen you would use the SW-P mold.

LONGWOOD makes the Clicker ballpoint from CSUSA
as well as the Longwood Click from William-Woodwrite. Please note that
this is NOT the Longwood from PSI.
Due to the 4" length of the blanks, this mold can only make up to 6 pens at a time.

V-TEX mold will do the Vertex BP, Gemini BP and pencil, Carbara, Patriot,
Polaris and Atlas pens, Phoenix from WoodPenPro (not woodturningz)
Executive Twist, Compson, Gemini BP and 7mm pencil kits from PSI.
Makes up to 8 pens at a time.

SW-P mold will do the Siera style pencil kits as well as the Sierra Elegant
Beauty Click BP and Chock Absorber kit. Makes up to 8 tubes at one time

ZEN-GT mold will do the Zen pen also called the Gran Torino and will
work with the Electra kit if you use the Zen tubes (longer)
