I did the same as Herb.. 1/2 drill bit drill to 2-1/8 then 5 minute epoxy. With the diamond cutter its a 3/8..

Think most use Epoxy to mount the handles to the bars.

Just a reminder I am still out of the diamond and 4" /100mmr rougher inserts.
I do have the 6"/150mm and square inserts for the rougher.

I have all inserts and tools back in stock.

I think I have sent a message to on tools that I ran out of and will ship when I got the inserts in.
If I haven't sent you a message and owe something please let me know.


I also added a rougher inserts in a 2"/50 mm radius in stock now. Limited amount of them.

I have also made a 3/8" tool steel diamond detailer.



Rougher on 1/2" Stainless steel square bar $25 plus shipping
Rougher on 1/2" round tool steel bar $25 plus shipping

Finisher 16mm on 1/2" Stainless steel bar $30 plus shipping
Finisher 16mm on 1/2" round tool steel bar $30 plus shipping

Finisher 12 mm round on 3/8 Stainless steel bar $27 plus shipping
Finisher 12 mm round on 3/8 round tool steel bar$27 plus shipping

Diamond detailer on 3/8 Stainless steel bar $31 plus shipping
Diamond detailer on 3/8 round tool steel bar$31 plus shipping


I do have replacement inserts:
$5 each:
15mm x 15mmx 2"r (50mm)
15mm x 15mmx 4"r (100mm)
15mm x 15mmx 6"r (150mm)
15mm x 15mmx square

16mm $10.00
12mm $8.50
Diamond detailer $9

Shipping on the inserts is $.75 each first class mail if you want tracking that will additional.
If you buy one of the turning tools and extra inserts at the same time there is no extra for the shipping the inserts.

These are awesome tools and the price is excellent. Shipping and communication is awesome. Highly recommend these tools if you want to try carbide. I have the easy tools and these work just as well. Thanks again.

Out of the 16mm insert and 16mm finishers tools are not available till sometime next week.

Hey John, checking to see if you have the diamond cutters as well as the square r2 cutters in stock. Just the cutters - don't need the bars.
