Hi Guys, I'm happy to offer some pretty nice bigleaf maple burl pen blanks.
These came of a burl cap with lots of sharp eyes that I sold to the casting guys.
The cap sat through a pretty warm Redding, CA summer in a plastic bag. I didn't want it to dry out too fast. When I opened it up a few weeks ago it had started to spalt in places. Spalting shows up in some of these blanks. I love that stuff. : )
Here they come:
