Spare parts for Slimline Pro...

Hello,

Does anyone have any spare parts for a Slimline Pro kit (8mm tubes)? Specifically, I'm looking for the pen coupler (piece that connects tip to the lower tube) in gold (but any finish would work). Managed to mess that bit up beyond repair. :frown::at-wits-end:

When I had a problem with a slimline pencil kit and messed up the small coupler I called Penn State customer service. If you call and talk to them they will really try to help. I asked if I could buy the small part and she said she would send me 5 of them free of charge.
So, if I need small parts that are not on their website they have helped me out twice with sending me the pencil parts and seam ripper inserts free of charge.
Give the customer service a call and I'm sure they will help you out. Don't use email I have never, never got a reply when I contacted them with email.

Thanks Tim! I've already ordered a new kit but I'll give that a try next time.
