spalted oak blanks

Cleaning out my shop and came up with an additional 4 SFRB boxes of spalted oak pen blanks. 19 pieces per box. Most are solid enough to turn as is but a few may need to be stabilized.

Kiln dried to about 6% but now at about 12%. All are 3/4" square x 5 1/4"

Standard flat rate boxes ship to all 50 states for the same cost. With no difference in cost or mailing protocol, is there some special reason to exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and the Territories served by the post service?
