I have a client that wants me to make a key chain for her grandson who is going into the army. She would like a couple army related pieces of wood and some camo. I have some camo. I have some navy related wood. But she is interested in army related wood. The pieces only need to be about 1/2 inch long. Anyone have any ideas or cutoffs of army related wood?

I don't have any but maybe you can find an old military rifle wood gun stock from a gun dealer. /? Other than that I don't know what to link to the army.

Dave, I have a piece of wood from both the Presidio and Port of Oakland Army bases. Let me know if that will work. If it does, PM me your address.

Perhaps you should check at your local Army Navy store. They often have old military stuff that could be used. Perhaps a handle from an old Entrenching tool or old wooden ammo box for mortar rounds etc. Just a thought...
