This is buxus macowanii, a true boxwood. Legendary turning/carving wood, and hard to find.
Min 5 x 0.625" square. Best sides in first pic, worst in second. I believe all imperfections will turn off.
Third pic shows four additional blanks, these second rate with one 4.75" and all with staining or inclusions. I will include these four for another $5 (so $17 total) if you want them, most of which goes to increased shipping.
