Major thumbs up for Kim and Patrick at Woodturning! I got called to relocate across the country and wanted to make and engrave a pen for each of the guys that work for me. Unfortunately I had less than two weeks. So 3 evenings and nineteen Wall St 2 pens later I shipped 'em to Kim and Patrick who not only turned them fast but also engraved boxes for each person and at the last minute engraved 2 additional boxes the day they were to ship! Super customer service, thanks!!
