My daughter is the pharmacy director at the local hospital. I had made her on of the Lazerlinez pens without her name inscribed and it was stolen (missing) within a month or so.

I will give her this one later today and know she is going to love it!

It looks great! I wish I could say I can't believe someone would steal a pen, but hospitals and nursing homes are the two places where one should NEVER set a pen down! When I used to market to nursing homes, the nurses would always beg me for pens (luckily they were not my hand turned pens they were after). I'd always carry a big bag filled with marketing supplies with me!

That looks excellent! Did you put the CA finish after the laser?

No, the pen was sent to them completely finished without the engraving. WoodTurningz did the laser engraving, filled with the black and matched the finish perfectly.

Had a nurse admire my pens at a local market then she said "but the doctors would just steal it". So I made her one of the PSA telescoping pens that hang on a necklace. Tougher to steal.
