CHEER!!!! I made my first order with Toni for 2 of her amazing polymer clay blanks. There was a small problem with one blank. After sending an email I immediately received an email and a follow up phone call. BEST customer care I've ever received from an online purchase. By the next day Toni had made a replacement and had it in the mail. She asked for pictutres to be able to make corrections but only after offering a quick replacement. I didn't have "prove" my problem like many others required. Is her product costly, seems so at first, but wait till you see it in person. Worth every penny! The replacement showed up today and it is perfect. Much to my surprise there was also a gift from Toni for the inconvenience.
Overall I can strongly recommend Toni's beautiful work and amazing customer service.
