Default Signature Pen Supply

I placed an order for some abalone blanks during a week. Angie emailed me to let me know that Signature Pen Supply would be having a BOGO event on abalone blanks that weekend and Angie kindly offered to include my order in the offer, even though the BOGO event had not even been announced yet.

When the order arrived, the second set of blanks was not included so I sent Angie an email. Stuff happens and the blanks were overlooked. No big deal and I wasn't out anything.

Not only did Angie apologize for the oversight, the second set of blanks was shipped the same day and arrived a few days later.

Thank you Angie for taking care of a customer.

Angie was online last night helping me out with a small issue I had with one of my Abalone blanks. I'll absolutely second the awesome customer service there. Plus any time I get a box in with candy my toddler is over the moon excited.
