Did you do the cheapest shipping? Or upgrade to faster processing. Most of my PSI deliveries come a day or 2 later than expected. Multiple times their carriers have changed / delayed the arrival date. once in awhile they do get it all together but even my last two orders from them took 7 days from when I got the email that it was shipped until I got the item at my house.

It was standard shipping, not needed faster.

Probably depends a lot on their order load... I would THINK. They run promos which probably bogs them down a bit. None lately though...
