Cheer PSI is definitely getting better

So I haven't ordered from PSI in a while and finally needed something that was not available through one of the resellers.

I placed my order yesterday around 12:40 and chose the Ground with Expedited Processing (I think that was the phrasing) and even though their site said anything after 12:30p EST would ship the following day, I actually received shipping confirmation yesterday afternoon that it was out the door.

Way to go PSI. Sounds like they are in fact listening :wink:

I too placed an order online on July 12 with PSI. I called the about 2 hours later to add to it and was told it was already filled and waiting for shipping. I had selected the cheapest shipping as I wasn't in any rush. Received an email on the 13th that UPS had the package and I received it on the 19th.

My last two orders arrived in record time...

I have to say, that I have never had an issue with them - quality control or shipping.

I saw a lot of cool new kits & stuff in the latest PSI catalog.The fishing poles look really fun.I'd like to make a chalk holder for my neices that are teachers.

It's nice to see innovative new products for this hobby.........just wish I could afford it!
