Cheer PSI Customer Service

I bought some seam rippers from PSI a few weeks ago. The kits include a rather delicate retaining spring (cylindrically formed spring steel, 0.002" thick). In the course of assembling the seam rippers I broke three of the springs.

I phoned PSI Customer Service this morning to ask if I could buy replacement springs.

They offered to replace the broken springs free of charge !!!! ( First Cheer ! )

Within 2 hours I received an email with the package shipping info !!!! ( Second Cheer ! )

You can't beat PSI Customer Service for service like that !!!!!!! Thank you, PSI !!!!!!!

At least someone is getting good service from them. I sure haven't, they got my last nickel several years ago.

Wonderful! I had a similar experience with another vender not associated with this site and it all worked out great. There are some wonderful people out there. Good luck with your projects.. looking forward to seeing them... Fay
