I participated in the last PSI GB (artfully conducted by Monty....thank you again).
One of my rollester point/nib caps didn't fit right. I was unable to reach the person that Monty arranged for me to call - thanks again Monty. It was no problem. She said, sorry and one will be shipped to you immediately.
