I placed an order at the end of July, and included an order for the steampunk bolt action pens. At first glance, all looked well so I put them back in the box to turn later. Last week, I pulled one out for a discerning customer, and we found the plating on the front assembly was flawed but had been clear coated over, so it had been there all along. With only a phone call, Penn State sent me a replacement even though it been ordered three months earlier. Thanks so much for the great customer service; my customer is happy, which makes me happy!

I placed an order on Thursday, 12/1/2016.
It arrived Monday, 12/5/2016.
It was just a few items, but it arrived very fast compared to previous orders. I think someone else took over the shipping dept. over there.

Things have improved considerably since a few years ago.
