I broke one of the twenty skulls Kallenshaan Woods makes for the skull pen. Sent a note to Ken Nelson to see if he had any spare skulls laying about and if so to invoice me. He quickly replied asking me to send him my address and he would pop a few in the mail. No cost. Spare skulls arrived yesterday. Real nice company to do do business with. He saved the day and a Christmas gift will shortly be winging its way to Maui. Thanks Ken

It's good to know they have good customer service. I've heard this about them but haven't seen anything in writing yet, so this is great. I've put together a few of their kits. They have some really cool kits.
