I placed an order Sunday, hoping for delivery today. Sure enough, it shipped out Monday, Priority Mail, with delivery expected today. Using My USPS, I checked progress a couple times, and got excited Wednesday when I saw it had left Little Rock at 2 AM. This usually means it will reach me that day. But USPS sent it to Russellvile, the wrong town, who sent it out for delivery and the reported it undeliverable.
Ed Brown spent probably close to an hour back and forth on the phone with me, hen USPS, then me, and was then able to explain what I needed to do to get the package unstuck. Ultimately, I was successful and it arrived today after all. The address was correct and legible.
The cheer is because after doing everything right on his end, Ed went well over and above to resolve a problem created by the Post office. You just can't beat that kind of service!
