Cheer Exotic Blanks

Great customer service! When I received my order, I found some blanks that were longer than what I ordered. In other words, I got more than I paid for.
To make up for this "mistake", he added an extra bag of M&M's!

And here I thought it was just packing materials ....


Oh well ... I wonder where mine went? And why am I not hungry anymore?

Just wanted to add another mega-kudos for Exotic Blanks... I had a recent order where the upgraded refills were omitted. They quickly took care of the issue and even overnighted the replacements to me. Perfection! The quick replacement allowed me to get a 10 pen order out on time to my client! Thank You, Thank You! It's this kind of responsive customer service that will keep me ordering from them.

By the way, if my wife calls asking, my box knife accidentally cut open the bag of M&M's in the original order, so I was forced to eat them immediately out in my shop!
