Just received an order from Exotics and for the life of me I could not find 2 of the items that I ordered. I have never had a problem with any orders from Ed so it came as a surprise, so much so that I searched through the box at least 10 times, still no luck. Contacted Ed and he specifically remembered packing this box and told me where to look, in the bubble wrap. So I ran out to the garage dug through the bubble wrap and there it was. Great memory and great service...as usual.

Bill, this brings to mind (what's left of it) that old saying, "Even a blind squirrel finds an occasional nut." When I packed that, I thought, "This will keep these refills safe--hope the customer opens the bubblewrap!!" So, it was memorable--but I was NOT sure it was YOUR box.
