In the last month, PSI, particularly Ed and Tony,
1. Replaced at no cost to me and product and shipping cost to PSI, the rod that goes inside the Grabber Mandrel. Thanks much, guys! Makes it much easier to create closed-end pens with a working GM!
2. Honored their pledge to stand behind their blanks. PSI replaced some dried out Bethlehem Olive blanks which cracked when I just looked at them with a comparably priced lignum vitae. Looking forward to creating some good, hard pens with these.
