Mike (the "Doctor") is awesome! I placed an order and, as happens from time to time, one of the items I received was not what I ordered. I contacted him and he immediately made it right. Even though the wrong item was a product that I could use and I offered to pay him for that he wouldn't hear of it and shipped the correct one at no charge (and even gave me tips for using the two products together)!
