I have to say, this man's customer service is admirable! I've asked him questions via email at 2AM and was shocked to have replies more than once.
He is detailed in his responses and truly seems to want to help! I am merely a neophyte using his cactus juice chamber and juice but I have total confidence that if I have questions on this then Curtis will try his best to help.
I've never seen such fast, consistent turnaround on emails! Couldn't be happier with choosing to buy a TurnTex system.
