Default CSUSA

I bought a 2" sanding disc holder from CSUSA maybe two months ago and it started to split on the first use. I left this in a review since I like to leave a review on all the products I buy there. I've bought a Rikon grinder, Wolverine with jigs, a complete set of Sorby tools and many other smaller accessories and have been very happy with everything but the disc holder. I never bothered to ask about a replacement since it's relatively cheap and I wasn't worried about it. Today I received an email from them saying they read my review and are sending a replacement before mine fails on me. Excellent customer service! The fact that I never contacted them makes it even better. It's nice to know they read their reviews and stand behind the products they sell. Actions like this will keep me a very satisfied customer.
