I recently placed a very modest order with CSUSA. Within 15 minutes or so after placing the order, I received a phone call from their customer service department indicating that one of the items I had ordered had been returned to the manufacturer for quality control issues. Their resolution was to send as a substitute a more expensive similar item at no additional cost to me.

The speed and manner in which this issue was resolved was superb, and reflects great credit upon their company.
