Got a few black enamel Vertex in the January CS-USA group buy. Went to use one a week or so ago, and found the enamel splotched on all 3--not usable at all. Finally called the Mfr today (thought i'd bought from them), but when she checked my order, said I had to go to the vendor.
Figured I was out of luck since it was a group buy, but when I called Craft Supplies USA, the CSR did a little digging--and said she'd make sure replacements went out today. Got the tracking number before I got home. All that without having to ask the organizer of the group buy to intervene or handle the replacement. Pleasantly surprised--and grateful.
