Wow, called them to find out about getting tubes for the Micro Driver Kit - not only are they sending me tubes, they are also sending me a set of bushings in case I cannot locate mine.
What a SUPER customer service experience!

About a year ago, I placed a mediocre review for an item I purchased from them. I wasnt really complaining but entered it because of a give away program they had for you to enter a review.

I actually received a phone call about the problem and they sent me a new one for my trouble.

Without mentioning names (LESS IT BE CENSORED) ? Others need to take a less in customer service.
