Stopped by Constant's shop unannounced and found Constant working of some inlay kits (I hope to one day accrue 10% of his patience!). I had a problem with a Falcon retention clip. True to form, Constant made no excuses, simply replaced the part immediately. I should mention that I didn't even have the faulty retention clip to show him (I wasn't planning on stopping by his shop).
I have to say he really has "cool" shop - been there many times - his equipment is heavy duty, no toys. I am looking forward to turning the new Raven. I saw parts of some of the other updated kits and they look sharp too. I understand that it's easy for me just to drive over there, but that doesn't mean I can't acknowledge good service and a customer-centric attitude.
