Bought about a dozen Italian Lucite blanks and some refills. The refills were not the ones I ordered. Called Roy informing him, but stating that I would be happy to wait for my next order to replace them. Three days later, I received the correct refills. Roy asked that I not return the "wrong" refills, but instead, suggested donating them to a public elementary school. I will do that with some other stock refills that I don't use. Plenty of needy schools and kids in North GA.

Thank you Dee and Roy:)

Our suppliers really do have some of the biggest hearts in the world.

Tony, we at Classic Nib are far from perfect and when we flub up we see it as an opportunity to at least get some good out of our mistake. Giving refills to local schools has been our practice ever since we did art shows and replaced hundreds of refills with upgrade refills and one day I dropped them off at our local middle school. We were told that most were used by students but a number were used by teachers
