I, like many members, recently took advantage of the very generous discount offered by The Classic Nib during this year's birthday bash. I placed my order at the end of the month, when they were likely neck deep in orders from other procrastinators like myself, but still the order arrived in mere days. When there was a slight discrepancy in the order, all it took was one email to Roy - early on a Saturday morning, no less - and within 2-3 hours I had a resolution, and I even scored a free cookie!
I am not a frequent customer - indeed, this may have been the very first order I had placed with The Classic Nib - but I was greatly impressed with and very much appreciated how I was treated. This is the type of first-class customer service that builds customer loyalty - I know I will be back to order again in the near future...
