I placed an order this week with Arizona Silhouette (Barry provided a discount coupon at the MAPG). Right after I completed the order, a customer ordered a pen with blue ink which I did not have. I called Arizona Silhouette and asked if I could order the blue refills and add that to my current order. They shipped the whole order that day and we settled up soon after.
