Default Sources for Maple And Claro Burl

For those of you that are like me and like to cut your own blanks, here is a good source for maple burl: https://www.ebay.com/usr/antlersexpr...p2047675.l2559 . I got a MFRB that was full, 4 pieces, for $40 plus shipping. should be good for about 50 blanks or more.

I am also happy with the value that I got with an order from oregonburls.com . I got a dry claro walnut burl bowl blank that was 6" x 6" x 3" (minus about 1.5" inclusion) for $17 shipped. Figure I will get about 15 to 20 nice pen blanks. also got some eucalyptus burl that I am happy with.

Man... Now I'll have more competition bidding on those. ;) I've bought quite a bit of wood from that first seller. Enough to keep me busy a long long time I think so I suppose it's ok to share lol

I made sure not to share until I already got my supply.
