There is a discount for international orders equal to the domestic shipping. So no, there isn't free shipping world wide. I'll edit the ad to reflect this.

Although I answered Rick earlier by PM, I thought I'd answer it here again in case anyone else was interested. A small flat rate box will hold about 20 pen blanks. I'm not sure about a medium. But I'm guessing somewhere around 70.

Actually Bob, I can get about 115 into a Medium Flat Rate(pen blanks w/packing material).

I agree, Bob, you can get a lot more than 70 blanks in a MFRB certainly more than 100.
