Does anyone know who makes or where I can get TBC bushings for the Sierra Vista?

You can just use the standard Sierra bushings, but measure with calipers for the larger size (i.e. don't turn down to the bushings...)
If you are doing them a significant amount, ask around if someone could make you a "washer" that had the ID of the inside of the sierra tubes (so it would fit on the existing sierra bushings) and the OD of the Sierra vista kit. Then put these on the Sierra TBC bushings when you make the vistas.
I've done similar things, making the "Washers" out of scraps of wood and spare tubes for the kits.
