I have this huge spalted maple burl, it is roughly 12 x 12 x 6 with spalt and will require stabilization. I have stabilized this in the past with excellent results, it does suck up resin like a sponge but the colors turn out awesome. I am willing to sell, or trade this out of my shop. For trade if you pay shipping and send me back two 2 x 2 x 6 blanks or if someone has some banskia pod castings that would be fair or sell for $15 bucks? I can split it up if two people want it.
I have some 3/4 inch thick quilted maple boards that need a new home. They have a slight bow to them because they were case hardened in the kiln. $2-5 bucks each? I think they are around 22 inches long and 3-4 inches wide. Trade for .......? turned Christmas ornaments? I can supply the wood. Make me an offer
