I am looking for some of the little metal pins that was used I think in a Seirra .
It pushed into the parker refill to make the refill longer.
Not sure what Seirra it was from.
Made some barrels too long and dont want to mess with cutting down and refinishing.
Looking for 5-6
Thanks

The alternative with that long click was to use a Uniball refill that was longer than a Parker refill.

If I had a Metal lathe I would.
It cant be wood. Wood would break.
It has to be changed with the refill.
It was a long time ago. Could have even been in a Polaris style pen.

Well, how many do you want? 5 or 6? Just an old golfing joke. Sam Snead asked his caddie for the distance to the green. The caddie replied 140 - 141 yards. Snead turned to his caddie and said Well, which is it, 140 or 141! Funny, I thought. I guess one had to be there to get it!

All this to say I have many, many. PM me your addy etc.

You could use wood with no problem. 0.55" long and the diameter of a Parker refill.
You don't need the pin on the end.

Yes the click pens he talked about had a silver metal one. There was a thread some time ago about trying to eliminate that and one suggestion was to change the refill as was suggested and another was to make an insert into the cap and glue it in place which seemed to work and yes wood was used also. The piece is so small there is no way it is going to split or crack. A simple metal rod would work. It does not have to have that centering tip and can be larger than the refill. The problem with those pieces is that they get lost by the customers than they need fixing.

Hope things work out for the OP.
