Looking for black cardboard pen box

I was wondering if anyone has some black cardboard pen boxes for a single pen? I was looking for 10 of them that I need for a customer. I am willing to pay you for them or trade. Let me know what you are looking for and I can see if I have it. If you have the inserts for it that would be great if you don't that is ok.

Jeze, I have a bunch of them with inserts - but they all have my logo on the top. I'd be happy to send a few if you would like them, but I understand if the logo makes it a no-go.
