Includes the cart spur/live center/tool rest/face plate. (I have an old set of buck tools i can throw in if you want them, but I doubt you'll need/want them).
No problems with the lathe, I'm the second owner and have had it about a year. The original owner purchased it around 2005, used it for a couple years and then it sat for 8 years until I bought it.
On the cart it's 43-1/2" from the floor to the center line, I'm about 5'9 I've always felt like it was bout 1" higher than I'd want it.
$300 isn't the best deal on a 10 year old 1014, but it's almost gets me where I need to be for a bigger lathe.
