I have some corian scraps that I traded some wood for and found that I dont like working with this stuff. Most will need to be glued up to make a larger blank, but the small peices will make a slim slimline just fine. I don't want to post a pic of it since that takes effort :wink: if you want the pieces just pay me the shipping for it (sfrb) and they are yours. First reply in the thread gets it.

makes a nice pen but it's a PITA to work with. I gave all of mine away too,

You are correct.... Every time input fittings together the crap would crack and I sanded the tubes to make a looser fit as well.

I must be getting lucking on my corian supply I have on hand. I've had no issues with it. Drill/turn/press together just like my acrylic with no issues. Now that I've said something, my next pens will probably crack & cause me all sorts of grief.... :)
