Default Cheese Slicer Kit Needed

Does anybody have a cheese slicer kit laying around that I could buy? I need one to make a Christmas gift for my dad. I am almost finished with the board which I will give him tomorrow for Christmas and I'll assemble it when I get the kit.

I would buy it from HERE but it ends up being over $15 with shipping just to get one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
