I have that exact same blank drilling vise but I bought mine from Woodcraft. It works very well but you need to have it correctly and securely connected to your drill press table. It HAS to be securely attached and at the correct angle for it to work right. It took me quite awhile to get it positioned so it would work right. Good luck.
