4 jaw chuck

Wondering if anyone has an extra chuck you might be willing to part with?

Thanks anyway! A chuck has been offered. I won't get into how awesome my friends are right now. But, he knows who he is, and I hope he knows how grateful I am. If not, I'll have to show him. :biggrin:

I got that same exact chuck for my birthday this year ... it's an awesome tool and works great on my mini lathe! I'm definitely going to have to turn some more larger objects next year.


After searching all over the web, I've found that PSI offers probably the best low-cost 4-jaw scrolling chuck on the market. The jaws are even compatible directly with the Barracuda2, if you ever wanted to upgrade to a keyed chuck!

For a long time, I resisted the urge to pick that chuck up, since the cost of that one single accessory was as much as the cost of my entire lathe! I'm still happy that I got it, as if I ever happen to upgrade from this lathe, I'll be able to take this with me.
