unprocessed..means it was fired and the neck diameter is between .3140 and .3425 depending of the firearm it was shot from.
your fib will fit some cases and will fall out of others, no uniformity.
I resize my brass so that each neck is exactly .308 IN EACH CASE
and all brass is polished in a tumbler with stainless steel pins
