Have you considered getting an adapter? I know CSUSA sells them in various sizes for not much more than it would cost to ship things back and forth.

I have a couple of spare adapters that I may stick with, I was using one with a collet and didn't like it but wouldn't be that big of a deal with a faceplate probably. Thanks!
